Job summary

Ability Building Community (ABC) in Rochester, MN is seeking a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for program participants. You will transport individuals to ABC, job sites, and other locations using agency vehicles, with coverage assistance as schedule allows.

The role offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification, and successful completion of a DOT

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; experience with people with disabilities a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, be insurable, and have personal vehicle insurance.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and DOT physical screening required (age 23+ with license held 3+ years).
• Must be able to pass Department of Human Services background study.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and dependable transportation to program individuals in agency vehicles.
• Transport individuals to and from ABC, various job sites, and other locations as assigned.
• Assist with coverage of program areas as schedule allows.
