HomeGrown is a daytime eatery in Northwest Arkansas dedicated to kindness, teamwork, and fresh, local ingredients. The Dish Washer role ensures all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware are clean so the kitchen can serve delicious breakfast and brunch offerings efficiently.

Work is fast-paced with a predictable 3:30 pm finish, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow in hospitality and food preparation. Reliable, capable teammates who can lift up to 50 pounds fit well here.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Able to work fast and accurately in a high-volume kitchen.
• Willingness to help with other kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

• Scrap, scrub, wash, sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils to ensure smooth operation.
• Complete all assigned prep work following recipes exactly as written.
• Set up workstation for shift.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Aids with putting away deliveries and assisting other stations as needed.
