Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers for 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping with skill-building activities and inviting them into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home.

Full and part-time positions available with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to streamline onboarding.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
