Chicken Salad Chick is hiring a Daytime Team Member to join our Operations team. You will interact with guests, take and process orders, handle payments, and help in service, sandwich line, and production areas. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have daytime availability, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and strive to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Training and growth opportunities are available as part of our daytime team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable daytime availability for morning, lunch, and afternoon shifts.
• Weekend daytime availability is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or restaurant is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
• Current student or high school diploma preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to count cash and make change, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and operate POS; assist guests with kiosks as needed.
• Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Serve and prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables for new guests.
• Assist in kitchen organization and ensure timely order preparation.
• Follow managers' instructions to support smooth restaurant operations.
