Responsibilities

• Review and resolve assigned customer issues and inquiries.
• Ensure queue coverage and manage cancellations and rejections.
• Assist with EspriGas TM G requests and department mailboxes.
• Serve as liaison between Customer Service and Key Accounts.
• Support overflows and urgent deliveries; assist with problem solving and escalations.
