Job Summary

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans.
• Clean/dust items high off the ground (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters).
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
• Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Diplomacy and appropriate behavior in all interactions.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking during shift.
• Occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Work with toxic chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Various positions including bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting.
