• Supervises day shift custodial staff performance; coordinates campus cleaning, maintenance and outdoor grounds upkeep.
• Monitors contractor performance; addresses service deficiencies; oversees event setups, equipment inventory and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Facilities Director.
