Trinity Health PACE in Newark, DE is seeking a CNA – Certified Nurse Assistant to provide personal care and support at the LIFE College Avenue facility and occasional home care assignments.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and safety, while maintaining patient dignity and documenting care. This full-time role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits; on-site mornings through Fridays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active certified nurse assistant in Delaware.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle for home care assignments.
• Experience in a long-term care facility or community geriatric program preferred.
• Minimum one year working with frail or elderly population or training from PACE if less than one year.
• Ability to manage conflict, be customer-focused and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written/verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic email/calendaring.
• Travel up to 10% within the geographic region.
• Able to kneel, crouch, reach, lift, sit, walk, bend and lift up to 20 pounds.
