Job summary

Office Pride is seeking a part-time Area Manager in Tyler, TX to supervise Front Line Employees (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–3:00pm) and ensure client cleaning specs are fulfilled on-time and within budget. The role offers advancement based on performance and requires at least 1 year of management experience, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities include labor budgeting, time-keeping, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Management experience: 1 year
• Authorized to work in the US
• Part-time role in Tyler, TX

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Line Employees
• Supplement site inspections & follow-up plans
• Manage Labor budget in assigned areas
• Develop strategies to align spend with budget
• Manage and evaluate time-keeping system
• Schedule loading for new and existing accounts
• Ensure customer service promises are met
• Collaborate with OP management and follow up on tasks
• Assist in building the management team as needed
• Report nightly on time, activities and tasks
• Attend weekly staff meetings and provide problem-solving input
• Oversee general operation in your area
• Work hours as needed to ensure success
• Fulfill minimum 25 hours per week (up to 32)
• Performance-based incentives tied to KPI
• Maintain hours and hours logged as required
