Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team for day shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Availability varies by client care plans, and both full-time and part-time positions are offered to fit schedules.

Caregivers provide companionship, personal care, meal support, light housekeeping and mobility assistance. Some clients require memory-care support and strict adherence to safety and care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Applicants must be compassionate, dependable and have caregiving experience.
• Daytime availability for assignments must be provided.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable access to a smartphone is needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship and household support, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Support clients with dementia/memory-care and safety supervision.
• Aid with transfers, transportation and medication reminders per care plans.
• Document observations and follow the client’s care plan accurately.
