Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Seattle is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers for daytime shifts to help seniors live comfortably and safely at home across West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton.

Requirements include CNA or HCA certification, a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle, and at least one year of experience; you must be 18+ and able to drive clients. We offer weekly pay, healthcare, PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• One year or more experience in senior care preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to drive clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through conversation and engagement.
• Assist with personal care, meals, routines, and daily tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Run errands, accompany appointments, and support client independence.
