Qualifications

• Prior cooking or line experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the shift (4–8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Big Biscuit recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain line stations before, during, and after service.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line, prep areas, and storage spaces.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures.
• Assist with prep work, portioning, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Communicate clearly with expo, servers, and fellow cooks to keep service smooth.
• Monitor product levels and notify management when items need prepping or ordering.
