Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is seeking enthusiastic team members for daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. This role focuses on taking orders, delivering beverages, maintaining a clean service area, and supporting both bar and dining teammates.

This position offers daytime shifts with tip income. The company operates 30+ locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, with opportunities for advancement and transfer to other locations as you relocate.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage designated side work for each shift
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines
