Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-focused breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant in Florida seeking energetic team members. You’ll work daytime hours with nighttime pay, and the restaurant closes by 3pm daily.

There are opportunities to pick up shifts at other locations across NJ, PA, and DE, with the option to transfer if you relocate. You’ll enjoy employee meal discounts, and growth prospects with many managers promoted from within.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage designated side work for each shift
• Barista - make specialty beverages according to guidelines
