Job summary

The Turning Point LLC in New Jersey seeks enthusiastic team members for daytime breakfast, brunch and lunch service across our growing locations. Take orders, deliver beverages, and maintain a clean, friendly dining area while providing fast, courteous service.

This role offers flexible schedules, tips daily in cash, advancement opportunities, and the ability to transfer to other NJ/PA/DE locations. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
