Job summary

The Turning Point is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant operator with 30+ corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, plus franchised sites. We seek outstanding, enthusiastic team members to join our growing company and provide friendly service to guests.

Expect to take orders, serve beverages, keep your area clean, assist with barista duties, and handle payments while promoting a positive, balanced work life. Background in food service is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates' tables.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
