Job summary

The Turning Point is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant with over 30 corporate locations throughout NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, offering daytime shifts and tips paid daily. The company supports transfer opportunities across locations and discounted meals for you and your family.

Roles include taking orders, delivering beverages, maintaining your station, running food, handling payments, and barista duties, with growth opportunities through internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage designated side work for each shift
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines
