Chick-fil-A - Downtown Athens In-Line is seeking a Daytime Back of House Team Member to join our busy kitchen in Athens, GA. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules and offers daytime shifts at an established Chick-fil-A location.

You will prepare, cook, assemble and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and timely execution of orders. This position includes benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and menu changes.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current with policies.
• Finish opening or closing tasks as assigned and maintain compliance with dress code.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Back Of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards


• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep


• Stock kitchen inventory as needed


• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times


• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A


• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership


• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up-to-date on any changes


• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned


• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times


• Other duties as assigned
