Qualifications

• Must undergo a physical exam and TB screening prior to employment.
• Background check clearance from the Department of Social Services is required.
• Must be able to read, understand, and sign the Report of Suspected Physical Abuse (SOC341A).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing and grooming.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers adhering to safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor assigned residents and document observations.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
