Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, Monday–Friday work in Clarksville, TN. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop life and communication skills in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA and special education.
