Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Ohio is seeking a Dayshift STNA to provide compassionate nursing assistance and direct patient care under licensed staff.

This role offers full-time or part-time hours with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees and a supportive team environment. Join us to help residents with ADLs, participate in care planning, and maintain a safe, respectful living space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved STNA training program and registration with the Ohio Department of Health
• New grads welcome!
• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and equipment as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nurse staff
• Support residents' independence and dignity through assistive devices and mobility aids
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address resident needs
