Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid STNA certification.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting a positive and engaging environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
