Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved STNA training program and registration with the Ohio Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nurse staff.
• Support residents' independence and dignity through assistive devices and mobility aids.
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address resident needs.
