Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center is hiring an RN for PRN dayshift in Amelia, Ohio. You will deliver safe, compassionate nursing care, coordinate with physicians and families, and implement individualized care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per plan of care, including meds and assessments.
• Supervise nursing assistants/STNAs.
• Monitor residents, report changes to physician and care team.
• Maintain a positive, resident-focused environment.
