Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio, is seeking an RN for dayshift to provide safe, compassionate care to residents from admission through discharge. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support families.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care per the plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervising daily nursing activities by CNAs/STNAs.
• Monitoring residents, recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and team.
• Promoting a positive, resident-centered environment.
