Job summary

Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role.

You will administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care in a 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor and assess resident condition, reporting changes and documenting care accurately.

Position Overview

As a Day Shift LPN, you will play a key role in providing direct clinical care, supporting resident well-being, and ensuring exceptional standards of nursing practice across the facility.
