Rosenboom Machine & Tool is seeking Production Team Members to support our Cylinder Cell operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate machine tools, read blueprints, and produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools, equipment, or robotic systems to produce parts to specification
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production instructions
• Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and separate nonconforming parts
