Job summary

Rosenboom Machine & Tool in Spirit Lake, IA is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment with a focus on precision and quality. You will interpret blueprints and setup sheets, monitor performance, and contribute to a safe, efficient shop floor.

The ideal candidate has basic CNC knowledge or experience, can read blueprints, and demonstrates strong math and mechanical aptitude. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, prints, and setup sheets to determine machining processes, tooling, and dimensions.
• Perform part inspections and ensure quality using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues, making adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
