Job summary

The Scott Family Amazeum is seeking a part-time Cook (Dayshift) to support daily operations at Headwaters Café in Bentonville, AR. You will provide warm, friendly guest service, prepare items per recipes, operate the cafe POS, and help keep the cafe clean and stocked.

You will work with the Café Chef and Manager, rotating between food prep, cashiering, and guest service duties. The role requires reliable, positive team players who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; HS diploma or GED in progress acceptable.
• Ability to operate POS and learn café-related apps.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math for transactions.
• Basic culinary knowledge to prepare and assemble items.
• Positive, friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced café.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to café guests, members, and staff.
• Operate café POS system and process orders accurately.
• Prepare and assemble menu items per recipes and standards.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, organized stations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and sanitation tasks.
• Support during events, groups, and extended hours as needed.
