Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for guests, members, caregivers, children, team members, and visitors.
• Operate the café point-of-sale system accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and assemble café menu items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and stock supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking, and ensuring a welcoming cafe atmosphere.
• Support café operations during peak times and events as needed.
