We are urgently hiring day shift employees!

The position involves working 3 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours, with pay for 40 hours.

RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED!

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking ambitious full-time food manufacturing employees. These entry-level positions may include assisting machine operators, performing manual labor in baked goods production, and may also involve shipping and sanitation duties. Employees generally report to the shift supervisor, with duties varying daily.

Example Schedules:

• Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 5:30am-5:30pm
• Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 7am-7pm
• Saturday-Wednesday-Thursday 5:30am-5:30pm
• Saturday-Wednesday-Thursday 7am-7pm

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation includes:

• $19.35 per hour
• Weekly pay

Job Duties:

• Arrive on time and review daily duties
• Maintain strict attendance
• Assist in setup and monitoring of machinery
• Monitor product quality
• Handle products, materials, and equipment physically
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Wear PPE and uniform as per standards
• Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow
• Assist in sanitation, production, and shipping tasks
• Follow all safety and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work holidays and weekends
• Basic math and computer skills
• Compliance with GMP standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
