AXL Global Consulting is seeking experienced professionals to join our Dayforce Consulting team. As a Dayforce Payroll Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing and deploying Dayforce HCM solutions for clients. Your role involves understanding client payroll processes, configuring Dayforce Payroll to meet their needs, and facilitating a seamless transition from their existing systems. You will guide clients through implementation, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective integration of the system into their HCM strategy.

Role Details

This is a full-time, remote position based in the USA or Canada.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes, requirements, and compliance needs.
  2. Conduct workshops to gather requirements for Dayforce Payroll configuration.
  3. Configure Dayforce Payroll based on client needs and best practices.
  4. Manage data migration activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Develop and execute test plans, validating payroll functionality and accuracy.
  6. Conduct system integration testing within Dayforce HCM modules.
  7. Provide training to client stakeholders on Dayforce Payroll.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for client queries and support.
  9. Create project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  10. Document configurations, processes, and customizations.
  11. Prepare status reports for clients and stakeholders.
  12. Stay updated with Dayforce Payroll features and industry best practices.
  13. Recommend system enhancements or additional modules for clients.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and testing Dayforce HCM, focusing on Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and data transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Certification in Dayforce HCM or similar systems is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with payroll systems like UKG, ADP, Novatime, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL and XML is a plus.
  • Certifications in HR, IT, WFM, or PROSCI are advantageous.
