$75.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant (Contract)

Location: Remote – US or Canada

Employment: Contract (Initial 3 months + extensions)

Rate: $75 - $100 p/h

The Opportunity

Focus on DF are recruiting a Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant to support a new implementation on behalf of an SI partner.

This role will lead the delivery of the Dayforce Benefits module for a US-based client — covering discovery, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure a successful rollout aligned to US benefits best practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and gather detailed benefits requirements
• Configure the Dayforce Benefits module: Plan setup, Eligibility rules, Enrollment windows, EDI file setup and validation etc.
• Guide clients on ACA, COBRA, HSA/FSA, and other compliance requirements
• Facilitate workshops, support UAT, and provide go-live readiness support
• Partner with integration, payroll, and project management teams to ensure alignment
• Document configuration decisions and contribute to solution knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Proven track record of configuring the Dayforce Benefits module for customers
• Strong understanding of US benefits frameworks and industry compliance
• The ability to lead client workshops and consult on best practice
• Experience working in SI or consulting environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• A delivery mindset and ability to manage competing priorities on fast-paced projects
