Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool classrooms, model best practices in early childhood education, and support families and children every day.

You will create engaging lessons, care for children’s development, lead classroom management, and build strong relationships with families to promote student achievement and center success.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.25 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
