Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences for preschoolers while mentoring fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and cognitive growth of children in your class and lead curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will also build strong relationships with families to support ongoing center success and achievement for each child.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.42-$19.14hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
