Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. The role focuses on promoting growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains within preschool classrooms.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families and supporting center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for a childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $19.25 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
