Job summary

The Learning Experience of The Learning Experience #144 is hiring teachers to lead classrooms within our early childhood program. You will mentor co-teachers, deliver the LEAP Curriculum, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants to preschoolers.

Join us to help children develop, communicate regularly with families, and contribute to enrollment and engagement goals in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor or higher in ECE or related field preferred? (clarified in education)
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Manage the classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model with a growth mindset to inspire young minds and love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum with infants, toddlers, or preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing space where children can play and learn.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement with staff and leadership.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications:
