Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring teachers to lead, coach, and mentor classroom teams, delivering the LEAP curriculum across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, model best practices, and communicate with families about progress and activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required with 12 ECE college credits.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Support center success by partnering with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen.
