Job summary

The Sunshine House in North Carolina is hiring Daycare Teachers to help shape young minds in a warm, supportive setting. You’ll provide a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn, play, and grow using Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs.

Positions available include full-time and part-time roles at 110 Nuway Circle, Lenoir, NC 28645. Compensation starts at $15–$19 per hour, with regular increases for education and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and EDU119 credentials required for lead teachers
• Associate's degree in ECE or related field preferred
• At least 6 months experience in licensed childcare
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies

Compensation & Pay Range: $15-$19 per hour

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
