Job summary
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy in Charlotte, NC is hiring full-time childcare teachers. Roles include Infant Lead Teacher, Early Preschool Lead Teacher, and PreK Lead Teacher.
We offer a pay range of $15-$19 per hour, with higher pay for advanced education or experience, and regular increases with education and tenure.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children
- At least 18-years-old
- High school diploma or equivalent and EDU119 credentials for lead teachers
- Associate's degree in ECE or a related field preferred
- At least 6 months experience in licensed childcare
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for child safety and emergencies

$15-$19 per hour
Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
