Job summary

Learning Care in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor staff, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in a licensed preschool setting.

You will promote holistic growth of preschool children, maintain alignment with state requirements, and collaborate with families to support each child’s achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
