Kids ’R’ Kids Learning Academy in Round Rock, TX is seeking a loving Infant Classroom Teacher for a full-time 8 AM-5 PM, Monday–Friday role. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment and support each child’s growth.

Join a supportive team focused on development, family communication, and adherence to licensing and safety procedures while offering professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous infant or childcare experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, patient, caring, and attentive to children’s needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet applicable childcare licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants.
• Meet each child’s individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that support infant development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Communicate professionally and regularly with parents about their child’s day.
• Follow all center policies, health and safety procedures, and state licensing requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
