Job summary

Learning Care Group in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom.

You will lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are met, and build strong relationships with families.

Compensation starts at $17.53–$18.21 per hour; full-time benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and childcare discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center standards.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $17.53-$18.21
