The YMCA of the Lowcountry is seeking a Daycare Assistant Teacher to support preschool-age children (ages 2-5) in a safe, nurturing environment. You will assist the Lead Preschool Teacher with activities and ensure compliance with licensing standards and youth safety requirements.
Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining ratios, supervising children, and collaborating with staff to create an inclusive setting.
Salary: Minimum $14.00/hour - Maximum $16.00/hour
Type: Part-Time – Non-Exempt
Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week; Flexible Scheduling
Facility Operating Hours: 8 AM- 3:00 PM
