Compensation starts at roughly $14.74–$15.31 per hour with bi-weekly and daily pay options. Benefits include limited medical for part-time workers, tuition reimbursement, 401K with company match, life and disability insurance, and child care discounts. Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Provide daily care and engaging activities for children.
