The position offers a compensation range of $17.69–$18.38 per hour, with health benefits, 401K, education assistance, and other perks for full-time and part-time staff. Monday–Friday schedules are typical in this role.

Qualifications

• Must meet state or accreditation education/experience requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity.
• Completed extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and plan for individual children and small groups.
• Communicate effectively with families about children's progress and needs.
