Job summary

The Children’s Courtyard in Utah is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join a caring team dedicated to supporting children and families. You will help create a fun, organized classroom, follow licensing guidelines, and engage with families to observe and plan for each child’s development.

We offer a Monday–Friday work week with no nights or weekends, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional growth through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
