Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to support a safe, engaging classroom where children learn through play in Texas. You will help maintain an organized, fun environment and participate in ongoing training on childcare and development topics.

We value dedicated team members who follow licensing standards, can work indoors or outdoors, and enjoy interacting with families to support each child's growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines to ensure daily care of every child.
• Ability to engage children indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activities.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsabilités

• Care for and supervise young children in a safe, clean classroom.
• Develop observations and plans to support individual learning.
