Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers in Kansas City to help nurture and supervise children in a licensed daycare setting. You will support daily care, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and maintain a clean, safe classroom environment.

You will collaborate with families, observe and assess children's needs, and participate in ongoing training on childcare and early education topics to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities
