Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers in Monroe, NC to support a nurturing child care environment focused on learning and play.

You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child and help maintain a clean, organized classroom. You will engage with children and families, observe and plan for development, and participate in ongoing training to grow your childcare knowledge and practice.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
